E-Control Systems, the industry leader in wireless temperature monitoring systems, will be attending The NAFEM Show in Orlando, Florida on February 7-9, Booth #641.

One of the highlights of the show will be the patent pending IntelliCheck^TM System, which was chosen to be included in NAFEM’s “What’s Hot! What’s Cool!” new product gallery for innovative products. The IntelliCheck^TM System is a complete HACCP food management system designed to automate food temperature data logging and the execution of Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”). Using an integrated stainless steel food probe that connects to any iOS Apple device (iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad), the IntelliCheck^TM System allows users to collect critical food temperature at all phases of food preparation. From receiving to storage, cooking to food service, just insert the probe into the food and touch the option on your touchscreen, and IntelliCheck^TM will do the rest.

In addition to the IntelliCheck^TM solution, E-Control Systems will display the latest line of patent pending IntelliSensors^TM, which are battery operated wireless sensors that can monitor temperature, humidity, analog 0-5 volt, contact closures, refrigerant leaks, differential pressure, and compressor runtime. All sensors are available either in Wi-Fi or the 802.15.4 Zigbee standard and come equipped with enhanced data logging capacity of more than one month.

All IntelliSensors^TM and IntelliCheck Systems^TM are managed by E-Control Systems’ FusionLive^TM software. FusionLive^TM software provides a snapshot of your entire operation’s status on one screen. All data is stored securely in the cloud and is accessible to the user from anywhere, at any time. Users can log into the system from any computer, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device, and view up-to-date reports, as well as implement corrective actions on the spot, potentially saving users from costly waste and equipment downtime.
